Adam Kintigh

Acquisitions Manager

Adam Kintigh serves as the Acquisitions Manager for Hardhat Redevelopers LLC. After graduating from high school, Adam attended Iowa Wesleyan College and later pursued studies at Iowa State University’s College of Engineering. While he did not complete his degree at Iowa State, Adam went on to obtain his insurance license and became licensed in over 43 states. With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Adam has dedicated his career to supporting homeowners, investors, and business owners—particularly those navigating complex or challenging situations. He is widely recognized for his integrity, transparency, and commitment to helping people find fair, equitable solutions to their real estate needs.
Adam’s extensive network and deep industry knowledge allow him to connect homeowners with practical options during difficult circumstances such as foreclosure, probate, tax issues, or distressed property situations. Whether buying or selling a home, Adam’s clear communication and thoughtful guidance help families move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Cole Kintigh

Project Manager

Cole Kintigh serves as Project Manager for Hardhat Redevelopers LLC. After graduating high school, Cole launched a career as a security systems engineer, where he has been responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining advanced security networks for residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients. Cole holds numerous certifications across both the hardware and software sides of security installation and maintenance. His work is trusted by homeowners, general contractors, real estate professionals, and even some of the most prominent entertainers in Las Vegas. Known for his technical expertise and strong communication skills, Cole plays a key role in coordinating projects efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and reliability at every stage
